In our boilery, the other part of the mussels selected by our personnel, following an ongoing process, are thoroughly cleaned and washed, cooking the different varieties: viands, half-shell and in their own juice. They are then deep frozen, graded and canned. Due to the speed, care and automation of the whole manufacturing and freezing process, the quality of our cooked and ultrafrozen mussels keeps all the taste and freshness of our Rias.
