At PESCADONA, to ensure strict follow-up and control over product traceability and HACCP (Analysis and Control of Critical Points), every morning our personnel go out to sea in order to select the best mussels in the Galician Rias for our company.

Once selected, a part of these mussels is fed through our purifying plant for cleaning and purifying.

Once these controls are completed, the physical-chemical parameters are analyzed, grading according to size, followed by automatic packaging and labelling for dispatch, to ensure total freshness and quality for consumption.
